Before first use, unscrew the nozzle and remove the red insert; rescrew the nozzle for use. Hold the ear flap up gently but firmly to gain access to the ear canal. Put the nozzle of the cleansing solution at the entry of the ear canal and squeeze. Gently massage the ear base to help the solution spread through the canal and break up earwax and debris; allow your pet to shake their head. Use cotton wool around your finger to clean excess product and debris, avoiding cotton wool buds. Repeat on the other ear.
