Schwartz Fish Pie Sauce is a rich and creamy sauce mix expertly blended with white wine, aromatic parsley, and zesty lemon juice. This flavourful sauce makes preparing a classic fish pie simple and quick—ready in under 45 minutes with just two easy steps. Perfect for a comforting family meal, it pairs beautifully with mashed potato, green beans, and peas.

To prepare, simply place cubed mixed fish (such as salmon, smoked haddock, cod, and prawns) in an ovenproof dish, pour over the sauce, top with mashed potato, and bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and cooked through. For an extra delicious finish, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs over the potato before baking.

Schwartz Fish Pie Sauce is free from added MSG, artificial colours, and artificial flavours. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, use immediately. Not suitable for freezing.

• Pre-heat oven to 200°C, 400°F, Gas Mark 6
• Place 325g mixed fish in an ovenproof dish, pour over sauce, top with 375g mashed potato
• Bake for 40–45 minutes until fish is cooked and topping is golden brown
