Perfect for soups, sauces, and toppings, this garlic paste eliminates the need for peeling and crushing. One teaspoon equals one fresh garlic clove, making it easy to measure and use.
Mix with butter and parsley, then spread on ciabatta and toast for a quick, delicious treat. The blend contains garlic puree (45%), diced garlic (35%), spirit vinegar, water, cornflour, sugar, rapeseed oil, salt, citric acid, garlic extract, xanthan gum, and potassium sorbate for freshness.
Vegetarian and vegan-friendly. Store in a cool, dry place before opening. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 6 weeks.
